We will work on your logo in an expedient manner. However, it depends on the package you select, complexity of the logo design and the detail of the information that you will provide. Should there be an unusual delay in our normal time frame, we will inform you by email.

First Concepts/Samples:	3 business days, or less (subject to the package you select)
Revisions:	2 business days, or less
Final Files Delivery:	1 to 2 business days (via email and/or Internet)

A "concept" or "sample" is a rough draft - a sketch, a basic design showing promise.
A "revision" is a revised draft - close to finished, but needs small changes.
A "final" is the completed design, ready for use.

Please review the logo samples carefully. One design may be chosen to work with, to reach the final design. Revisions and iterations may only be made to the one chosen design as specified by you. Once that selection is made you are committed to that design layout. At that point, all other designs will be removed except for the chosen design. You choose the version of the logo you like best. We will further develop that particular design or combination of designs to reach the final design. Revised roughs or designs will be sent within 2 business days. Please tell us the changes that are required or ask for our opinion and advice. New samples thereafter may be ordered for an additional 50% of the original logo design cost. If you are not satisfied with any of the initial draft designs, you may REQUEST adjustment cycles for the selected package at no additional charges.

EPS:
Adobe Illustrator EPS Format. This is a format that can be imported or placed into most desktop publishing software for your printing needs. You also need this format for making signs, silk screening etc. We will prepare 2 files, one for color and one for black and white version. You need Illustrator, Freehand Corel Draw or other drawing program to edit this file format.

TIFF:
This format (300 DPI) is ideal for high-resolution printing and can be imported into most MAC and PC desktop software. We will send 2 files both black and white for fax/copy purposes and color version for other printing needs or computer printout.

GIF/JPEG/PNG:
We will send GIF/JPEG/PNG files optimized for your web pages. This is the file format (72 DPI) most commonly used for display on web pages, and is readable by both MAC and PC.

AI and CDR:
We will also provide these vector resizable files for printing.

Final Files Delivery:
All files will be transmitted to you via email and/or Internet. You must confirm your choice for the final design of the logo and stationery item.

The final logo is the SOLE PROPERTY of the client. Your payment is for one master design of the selected package. Any other images or designs created during the process remain the property of logolabs, but may be purchased for $50.00 each. Once purchased, the client accepts full ownership of those said designs. If not purchased logolabs reserves the right to use those designs for any other clients. logolabs reserves the right to add the final logo to its business portfolio.
